In a changing world, it is not always obvious. Human rights are sometimes called into question, inequalities persist, and many still hesitate to be themselves at work, in society, or even at home. It affects us. And it concerns us.
Respect, inclusion, listening: these are not extras. They are the foundations of a fairer future. And if we can, on our scale, create a space where everyone is welcomed without judgement, then we are moving in the right direction.
